William Shantz is a physiotherapist with experience in concussion management and musculoskeletal injuries. Raised in Ottawa, Ontario, and having lived internationally in Indonesia and Spain, Will’s multicultural upbringing has provided him with a unique perspective on healthcare and an appreciation for diverse patient needs.
Will’s journey in physiotherapy began with his undergraduate studies at Queen’s University followed shortly by his Masters degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. During his time at university, he was involved in sideline and clinical work with university athletes and focused on treating concussions and other sports-related injuries.
In 2022 he moved to Kelowna after hearing about all the amazing outdoor activities that the Okanagan has to offer. Beyond the clinic, Will leads an active lifestyle and enjoys playing basketball and loves the outdoors whether he is jogging, hiking, or biking. During winter you can find Will skiing down the slopes of Big White.
At our clinic, he is not only a skilled physiotherapist but also a compassionate advocate for those dealing with concussions and musculoskeletal injuries. Will is dedicated to helping each patient on their path to recovery and return to optimal function.
