Tracie the Office Manager goes above and beyond and is so caring. Gerome, the Rehabilitation Manager and staff are very knowledgeable about concussion based healing. The huge bonus in my opinion is Dr. Lai, Neurologist being on staff and Dr. Capo, OD for concussion vision therapy and vision assessment.
It is so nice to have this wealth of health care professionals all under one roof where they can all communicate seemlessly about the patient to ensure the best possible outcome and recovery for that patient. Instead of the patient having to potentially go down rabbit holes here there and everywhere. Thank you for opening up here in Kelowna!!!
